KML truck axles ---American type inboard drum axle series
KML truck axle beam is processed with low alloy steel and unique one-piece; It offers stronger capacity and lighter. Suitable for the high pressure and high strength road transportation.
Special heat treatment craftwork, it improves the comprehensive mechanical property. Intermediate frequency quenching for bearing journal provides superior durability and fatigue capability.
Brake system is adjustable according to capacity of Axle; It offers great friction performance with premium non-asbestos brake lining.
Improved seals for Hub and Camshaft, the grease lubricant will be not flowed into brake system and make sure safety.
Requirement for axle standards:
1. The vertical and bent static strength, the coefficient of bending resistance Kn>6
2. The vertical and bent degree, the maximum bent deflection of each meter of track length under maximum loading ≤ 1.5mm
3. The axle's vertical and bent fatigue frequency ≥ 800, 000 times
4. The rates temperature: -30 degree~50 degree
